Big and luxurious room with balcony and a great view plus the most amazing views, savoury drinks in the on-site bar. Amazing service, really good and pleasant staff.

The setting was wonderful, close to Ngoc Luc Bao restaurant where the seafood is fresh, Ha Noi airport, and the construction. The staff were fantastic friendly and hospitable throughout our stay.

Good location, it was close enough to bars/restaurants, all attractions and harbor, and the Ocean. Also, Dau go Cave was 2 km away.

the hotel is impeccably clean and fairly large with enthusiastic and nice staff and a good pool. the location is awesome and very close to the the bay, bridge and bay, and surrounding areas. bai chay district is worth your attention.

This hotel was set in a central area just off the center of Halong, Japanese restaurant, and the the bay and ferris wheel. I didn't feel like leaving and would like to stay there on the next trip.

Pleasant stay, as always. Modern property with a sensational breakfast. High-class and brand-new room with a lounge area and a carpet. Fantastic view of the bay from the window. Unbeatable, convenient location in Ha Long, just off Ngoc Luc Bao restaurant.

During my recent stay at a hotel in Ha Long, I was truly impressed by the beautiful and clean rooms. The location was fantastic, with a strip of restaurants and cafes nearby, making it convenient for dining options. The reception staff were incredibly helpful and made my stay even more enjoyable. Additionally, the tour around the bay that I took was excellent, offering breathtaking views and unforgettable experiences. I had a wonderful time at this hotel and would highly recommend it to others.

This place was our top hotel choice, the staff was extremely loyal, and the bay view was absolutely incredible.

Location: the hotel was near the bridge which illuminated at night and the city center, most of the restaurants and the local attractions.

There were huge, high standard rooms with an extra bed, a great view and very nice bathroom. The location was particularly good for me as it was next to the surrounding area, Halong and the bridge, cable car and big wheel.

It has attentive staff and splendid views. Our hotel is set in a central location just next door to the Ferris wheel. Bamboo Cafe with coffee & goodies is 500 metres walk away.

I recently stayed at a wonderful hotel for a business trip that had a lot to offer. the hotel provided complementary breakfast every morning which was top-notch. the hotel was located very close to the bay which made it convenient for me during my job. Lastly, the hotel had an amazing gym that I took advantage of every morning.

Not everything was perfect. One of the main things I disliked was how long it took to check-in.

The room was new-fashioned, moreover top-class with a view. The morning meal was satisfactory with Japanese food. Amazing central location just off the downstairs main restaurant and the island on the other side of the bridge.

The food was nice at the restaurant. The location was great and perfect down to the public restaurant and met expectation. It was also very close to the island on the other side of the bridge as well as Ha Long Bay...
